Qualifications

• Must have IL OT license if applicable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• EPIC charting experience is required.
• BLS (AHA) certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant OT experience is required.
• Level 1 Trauma experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages in a therapy department.
• Design and adjust individualized care plans with goals and outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Document evaluations and treatment modifications per department policy.
• Monitor care delivered by support personnel and provide feedback.
• Perform safe patient transfers using proper body mechanics.
