Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist - Journey Traveler to perform nationwide 13-week assignments across diverse facilities. You will plan and implement occupational therapy programs, supervise support staff, and ensure timely documentation and care standards.

You must hold an ACOTE-accredited OT degree, NBCOT registration, and an active state license. Travel and relocation may be required to meet patient needs and care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACOTE-accredited OT degree.
• Must be NBCOT registered and state-licensed.
• Willing to travel nationwide for 13-week assignments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct occupational therapy programs across varied sites to support rehabilitation.
• Supervise assistants and students per licensure requirements.
• Ensure timeliness of documentation and adherence to plan of care.
• Collaborate with rehab team and families to set goals.
• Adapt plans for individual patient needs and safety.
• Order supplies and maintain equipment as needed.
