Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Journey Traveler role with nationwide 13-week assignments. You will lead therapy programs across diverse settings, supervise staff, and collaborate with the rehab team to deliver patient-centered care.

The position offers mentorship, ongoing CEUs, visa support options, and travel across the United States. The role requires ACOTE-accredited OT training, NBCOT registration, and an active OT license, with readiness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Valid OT license in the practice state is required.

Responsibilities

• supervise OT assistants and students as per licensure and standards.
• Ensure delivery of rehab services per plan of care with timely documentation.
• Participate in patient care conferences and related meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehab team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Adapt plans of care to patient needs and progression.
• Promote safety and eliminate hazards in the environment.
• Order supplies and equipment as needed.
• Maintain and report equipment maintenance needs.
• Deliver high-quality patient-focused service in a compassionate setting.
• Assess patients, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment goals and plans.
