Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards with cardiac focus.
• Assist physician during cardiac procedures.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and post-discharge care.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in the patient record.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
