TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg/Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Fargo, North Dakota. The position is a 13‑week assignment with 36 hours per week, rotating 12‑hour shifts. Start date 10/12/2026; travel status and tax‑free stipends apply.

Prior acute care experience is required. Responsibilities include bedside assessment, medication administration, dressings, IV starts, and contributing to discharge planning.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• Med Surg / Telemetry RN
• BLS certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for Med Surg patients, including pre- and post-op.
• Administer and document medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assist with procedures, dressings, catheters, and IVs.
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning.
