Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Devils Lake, North Dakota. This assignment is Med Surg / Telemetry, RN, ASAP start, 13 weeks long, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour rotating shifts.

As a MedSurg RN you will conduct patient assessments, administer medications, prepare for and support post-operative care, and educate patients and families. TotalMed RN provides weekly pay, guaranteed hours, comprehensive benefits, and support for travelers

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS certification required.
• NIH certification may be required.
• ASAP start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for Med/Surg patients.
• Assess patients and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assist with post-operative care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and procedures.
