Job summary

TotalMed is seeking Telemetry RN travel nurses for a 13-week assignment in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The role focuses on Med Surg and Telemetry with 36 hours per week on a rotating 12-hour shift, ideal for an RN with acute care experience seeking travel assignments.

Expect responsibilities including basic bedside care, monitoring telemetry equipment, interpreting data, and notifying the team of irregular readings. Certifications (BLS, PALS, ACLS) are required to begin the assignment.

Qualifications

• RN with 1 year of acute care experience.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS required.
• Travel assignment of 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor patient status.
• Operate and interpret telemetry equipment and electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data indicates adverse symptoms.
