• Shift: 12-hour nights, starting at 5:30 PM
• Weekend: Up to every other weekend
• Call: None
• Float: All Med/Surg units at ThedaCare Appleton & Neenah, with possible floating to smaller ThedaCare facilities
• Ratio: 1:5–6
• Specialty: Med/Surg / Float
• Required: WI RN license, AHA BLS, NIHSS, EPIC within last year
• Experience: 3+ years RN, 2+ years Med/Surg, 1 travel contract strongly preferred
• Preferred: AHA ACLS
• Charting: EPIC
• Scrubs: Black
• Skills: Med/Surg, surgical, oncology, renal, CHF, COPD, stroke, ortho, DKA; cardiac/pre-post cath, pacemaker and TR Band experience strongly preferred
• Education: Associate degree or certificate required; bachelor's preferred
• Important: Must be comfortable floating between units and facilities. Traveler must have no home location/facility within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah.
