Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Farmington, New Mexico. The role requires a 12-hour night shift (7P–7A) with 36 hours per week.

The Critical Care RN will monitor patients, manage ventilators, administer medications, perform IV insertion and central line care, and respond to emergencies. BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC are required through an accredited program. Two openings are available; start date 12/29/2025.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU/critical care nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications through an AHA-approved program.
• Ability to float to other inpatient nursing units.
• 12-hour shifts with 36 hours per week in a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process in critical care settings.
• Monitor patients, manage ventilators, administer medications, perform IV insertions and central line care.
• Respond to emergencies including CPR and lifesaving measures as needed.
