Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in southeastern Washington. This assignment involves providing specialized patient care in a medical ICU setting with a focus on patients experiencing sepsis, respiratory issues, some cardiac conditions, and trauma. The role requires collaboration within a team, adherence to best practices, and flexibility to work night shifts in a dynamic environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS certification, BLS certification, at least 1 year of relevant experience, located more than 60 miles from the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Medical ICU, TNCC certification.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit accommodates 14 beds with patient ratios of 1:2. Equipment includes IABP (occasionally). The electronic health record system used is Paragon. The unit cares for adult patients, primarily with sepsis, respiratory issues, certain cardiac conditions, and trauma. Candidates should be team-oriented and committed to best practices.
