• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; at least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications; experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system Paragon
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Medical ICU, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Unit handles patients with sepsis, respiratory issues, some cardiac and trauma cases. The unit has 14 beds, patient ratios of 1:2, and occasionally uses IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump). The candidate should enjoy team work and hold each other accountable to best practices.
