Job Summary:
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nurse position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized care within the ICU setting, including floating across various units such as neuro, trauma, medical, surgical, and cardiac intensive care. The position requires a minimum of one year of ICU experience and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting diverse patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Shift is typically 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The schedule is made for three-week blocks issued 7-10 days in advance, including every other weekend. No self-scheduling or pattern guarantee.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. Valid state licensure and minimum of one year ICU experience. Experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation, ventilator and bipap management, invasive line management, and other advanced ICU skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior float pool experience, ICU support skills, ability to manage multiple complex patient types.
• Additional Information: Traveler must complete telemetry competency prior to start. Floating may be required to other critical units and a nearby open surge area with notification in advance. Orientation includes hospital-wide and unit-specific training. Proper scrubs, free parking, and documentation protocols are expected.
• Travel Dates: 12/14/2026 through 03/13/2027.
