Qualifications

• 2 years of ICU RN experience required.
• Valid RN license must be maintained.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for ICU patients including medical-surgical, trauma, and cardiac cases.
• Participate in daily shift team huddles and multi-disciplinary rounding.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:2 in a 16-bed unit.

• RN ICU Shift / Schedule: Full Time Nights, 3 x 12 hr. shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Requirements: Min of 2 yrs. ICU RN experience
• ICU Patient Population: Medical and Surgical, Trauma, Neuro, Sepsis, Cardiac, Vascular
• Patient Ratios: 1:2
• Number of Beds: 16 beds

Department Specifics

Includes daily shift team huddles, bedside shift reporting, purposeful and multi-disciplinary rounding, clinical support to various departments, diversity and inclusion projects, recognition programs, and council participation.
