Job summary

Primary Care Solutions is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to provide short-term coverage at VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinics across multiple states. This fully on-site, patient-facing role offers flexible scheduling from one week per month to full-time coverage, with travel on Sundays and return travel on Fridays.

Qualified candidates will be licensed NPs with MSN, FNP or AGPCNP certification, DEA registration, BLS, and VA credentialing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• MSN required Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or AGPCNP or other primary care specialty.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate care within the VA system and with PACT members.
