Job summary

Primary Care Solutions is seeking a PRN Physician to provide on-site coverage at VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinics across multiple states. The role offers flexible scheduling, from one week per month to fuller coverage, with travel Sunday to Friday and on-site patient care for Veterans.

Providers may hold multiple state licenses and VA credentials, enabling travel across regions. This is a fully on-site position focused on comprehensive primary care services for Veterans.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
• Strong computer/EHR proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Review labs and imaging to guide patient care.
• Coordinate care with VA PACT team members and document in VISTA/CPRS.
• Ensure VA standards and deliver high-quality patient experiences.
