Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Cardiac Invasive Technical Operations Manager (EP) to lead a high‑acuity Cardiac Cath/EP Lab, with a primary focus on administrative leadership and limited hands‑on lab support.

The role requires prior EP lab leadership experience, RN license or EP Tech certification, and Epic EMR proficiency, with a strong emphasis on staff development and interdepartmental collaboration. This is a full‑time on‑site leadership position in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) or EP Tech certification required.
• RN: BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• EP Tech: BLS and ACLS required, plus ARRT‑R or RCIS (RCES preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of high‑acuity EP lab experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of assistant manager, manager, or director experience required, preferably in EP Lab but other department leadership experience accepted.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical operations of the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab and manage complex scheduling.
• Provide leadership support to two direct-report supervisors and coordinate with the department Director.
• Collaborate with vendors, traffic flow coordinators, charge nurses, and clinical teams.
• Foster strong physician relationships and maintain proactive communication with the Medical Director.
• Support staff recruiting, retention strategies, and ongoing education initiatives.
• Manage data reporting, tracking, and interpretation, as well as staff competency files.
