Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Cardiac Invasive Technical Operations Manager (EP) for a 13-week onsite contract in Charlotte, NC. The role requires leadership of EP lab operations, scheduling, vendor coordination, and clinical staff management.

The position is an 8-hour day shift with weekend call rotations as needed; start date 9/21/2026. RN/RCIS or RCES credentials and ACLS/BLS are preferred, with strong communication and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• License/certification requirements include RN with BLS/ACLS and EP tech with BLS/ACLS; RCIS/RCES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize EP lab operations and scheduling.
• Manage vendor partnerships and educator staff development.
• Coach supervisors and maintain staff competencies.
• Foster physician relationships and ensure open communication.
• Oversee data reporting and clinical workflow improvements.
