Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities. You will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate care across all phases of care and populations as applicable.
