Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week day shift assignment with rotating call and floating across three locations. The role requires a valid state license where applicable, AHA certifications, and comfort with frequent floating within the hospital setting.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotating call on nights, weekends, and holidays. Expect high patient-to-caregiver ratios and ongoing orientation during unit rotations.

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week day shift assignment with rotating call and floating across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Valid state license required if applicable
• AHA certifications required, specific requirements confirmed at job level
• Comfortable with frequent floating within the hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Nuclear Medicine department with rotation between three locations
• Monday-Friday day shift, 5x8 hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Rotating call required on nights, weekends, and holidays
• Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff
• High patient-to-caregiver ratios with frequent floating within the hospital
• Floating occurs in rotation with staff and includes appropriate orientation to the new unit
• Uses Meditech charting system, experience preferred but not required
• Must be gone at least 1 year and in good standing at time of departure to be considered as a returning staff member
• Minimal to no RTO approved, especially during the first weeks of the assignment
• Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles
