Summary

We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Fidé for a 13 week assignment in Glens Falls NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in performing diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine technology. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality patient care and support the healthcare professionals we partner with.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures including PET scans and other diagnostic evaluations.
• Ensure accurate imaging by adhering to protocols and maintaining aseptic techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret imaging results and provide insights for patient care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Educate patients about procedures and prepare them for scans as necessary.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately for medical records.

Requirements

• Min. of 1 year Nuc experience, CT experience a PLUS
• Previous travel experience strongly encouraged
• Venipuncture experience required
• NYS license required
• ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certificate (either accepted)
• GE machine experience
• EPIC EMR Required
• AHA BLS
• McKesson PACS
• NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
