A bit about us:

We are currently seeking a Product Commercialization Manager to join our dynamic team in the food & beverage manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for leading the overall commercialization process for our core products, from idea generation to launch. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pilot testing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring.

This individual can work remote, however there will involve 50% of travel and you must be located on the East Coast.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire product commercialization process for dairy products, ensuring that all stages, from development to launch, are executed effectively and efficiently.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
3. Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for new product development and innovation.
4. Ensure all dairy products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, overseeing rigorous testing processes and implementing robust quality assurance measures.
5. Monitor product performance post-launch, using data and analytics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements in the dairy industry, ensuring all products are in full compliance.
7. Develop and manage budgets for product commercialization projects, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.
8. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for new products.
9. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the product commercialization process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product commercialization in the beverage industry.
3. Proven experience with dairy product testing and quality assurance.
4. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the dairy industry.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management.
9. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with a track record of bringing innovative products to market.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
