Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Retail Service Specialist to greet members, determine needs, and deliver legendary service across AAA products. The role includes DMV services, notary duties, travel planning, and handling reservations while meeting sales and service goals.

Applicants should have retail or banking/customer service experience, be able to obtain a Notary Public license within 1 year, and be available Monday–Friday with Saturdays as per branch needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Notary license to be obtained within 1 year where required.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday during office hours, and Saturdays per branch requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and customers and identifying their needs to provide legendary service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for AAA products and services and earn incentives.
• Prepare and provide TripTik travel routes, maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.
• Issue passport photos and process payments with accurate receipts and cash handling.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and offer travel destination information.
