Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in California is seeking a sales and service associate who thrives in a branch environment, focusing on cross-selling and notary services, trip planning, and member support.

You will greet members, process DMV tasks, handle payments, book travel, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining high service standards. A high school diploma is required, notary license may be needed within 1 year, and regular office hours with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all members and customers, determine their need and provide Legendary Service
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required
• Reach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services
• Preparing and providing TripTik travel routes, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials
• Issue passport photos
• Accept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer
• Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information
• Ability to travel locally when necessary
