Job summary

AAA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to deliver legendary service in our branch network. You will greet members, assess needs, and cross-sell and upsell products while supporting travel planning and notary services as required.

Responsibilities include handling payments, issuing passport photos, and helping members with DMV transactions, hotel and car reservations, and TripTik travel routes. A high level of customer service and sales drive is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Ability to exceed sales or service quality goals.
• Notary license required or must be obtained.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office basics.
• Availability Monday–Friday; Saturdays as per branch.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Notary Public certification within 1 year if notary services are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine needs and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services, with incentives.
• Prepare and provide TripTik travel routes, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, provide change and receipts, balance cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and provide travel destination information.
