American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift at a teaching hospital in Columbus. This 13-week assignment (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) offers 36 hours weekly and weekend work; floating between campuses may be required.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ experience, BLS, CRT or RRT (not both), Ohio license, and ACEN/CCNE-accredited education; ABG interpretation and ventilator/airway management skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS certification is required.
• CRT or RRT certification required (not both).
• Active Ohio State License at time of consideration.
• High school diploma or official transcripts for compliance.
• Education must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
• Experience with ventilator management including BiPAP/CPAP and weaning.
• Airway management including extubation, suctioning, and tracheostomy care.
• Medication delivery systems and nebulizer treatments experience.
• Ability to interpret ABGs.
• Two professional references, at least one from leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Work in Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit within a hospital setting.
• Cover Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department.
• 13-week night shift assignment (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
• 36 hours per week with weekend work required.
• Floating between campuses may be required.
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position.
• Complete Ohio BCI & FBI fingerprinting upon offer with lifetime background checks.
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate.
