Requirements

• 2 Years of Level 3 NICU experience strongly preferred.
• Possibility to float to Peds/PICU if needed.
• Possibility to float to Carmel NICU if needed.
• Required credentials include Nursys License and License/Certificate Verification for submission.
• Ascension Pharmacology Exam, Specialty Exam, Core Competencies, Safe Sleep, EKG Exam, and Unit Specific Checklist are required for onboarding.
• Health history requirements include COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, and Tdap for onboarding.
• Professional requirements for onboarding include Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation, Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding, Ascension Badge Photo, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Ascension OFAC, and Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen.
• Required submission includes Ascension Profile, 2 Professional References, and Ascension Skills Checklist.
• Ascension Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, and Employment Verification are also required for onboarding.
