Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with Philips experience and ARRT/ARMRIT advanced MR licensure for a teaching hospital imaging department. The role requires BLS, ARRT/ARMRIT licensure, 1 year MRI experience, and Epic EMR proficiency, with travel experience preferred.

Shifts are 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 40 hours/week, Monday through Sunday; no block schedules or on-call, with 1–2 weekends per month. You will float between inpatient and outpatient sites, and bi-weekly Monday orientations

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• ARRT or ARMRIT advanced MR licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience required.
• Teaching hospital experience required.
• Philips MRI equipment experience required.
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required.
• License required if applicable.
• Prior travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support imaging department for inpatient and outpatient MRI.
• 8-hour evening shift, Mon–Sun; 7:00 PM–7:30 AM; 40 hours/week.
• No block schedules; no on-call, 1–2 weekends monthly.
• Float between Main Campus and Tilley Dr / Fanny Allen locations.
• Bi-weekly orientation sessions on Mondays.
• Reliable transportation recommended; winter tires advised.
• Be prepared to explain employment gaps >90 days.
• Provide complete work history including bed counts, EMR, facility type.
