American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a day shift travel assignment in Maine. The role requires ARRT MRI certification and at least 5 years of MRI experience, with Philips MRI equipment proficiency.

Responsibilities include imaging for outpatient, inpatient, and ER; documentation via EPIC EMR; 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; 36 hours weekly; no weekends or call. Scrubs provided; travel within 25 miles possible; facility has 99 beds.

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Minimum of 5 years of MRI experience preferred.
• Experience with Philips MRI equipment required.
• Breast MRI experience preferred.
• Driver's license required for consideration.
• Two professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient, inpatient, and ER patient population.
• Equipment used includes Philips MRI.
• Documentation via EPIC EMR.
• Day/evening shift schedule, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• 36 guaranteed weekly hours.
• No weekend hours scheduled at this time, though may be scheduled as needed.
• No call requirements.
• Float Policy: may float within 25 miles between facilities as needed.
• 99-bed facility.
• Scrubs required; any color accepted.
• Candidates located within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility will be considered local, which may affect pay rate.
• Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions.
• Candidates who worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should be noted at time of consideration.
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at the manager's discretion.
