Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for an immediate opening in Boston, MA. You will perform MRI imaging, ensure image quality, and support radiologists while traveling between assignments.

This role requires ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and state licensing as applicable, with a 13-week duration and 40 hours per week on 10-hour rotating shifts. Ideal candidates must have at least 1 year of MRI experience, strong knowledge of anatomy and MRI safety, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with MRI registration; state licensing as required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform MRI procedures safely.
• Travel assignment; valid certifications and licensing may be required per state.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and ensure image quality for interpretation.
• Prepare patients and maintain safety protocols during imaging.
• Position patients and assist radiologist as needed.
• Start IVs and manage contrast media per protocol.
• Maintain patient records and utilize PACS systems.
