MRI Technologist MRI Eastern NM. This 13-week travel assignment provides MRI imaging services for emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient settings on a day shift. The technologist performs a broad range of MRI examinations under radiologist direction and departmental protocols.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 7:00 a.m.7:00 p.m., SaturdaySundayMonday; 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience; New Mexico license; MRI certification; proficiency in all MRI examinations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited American Medical Association (AMA) school; registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT); Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT); state license as a general radiographer.
• Additional Information: Responsible for managing MRI examinations for emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Duties include adjusting imaging parameters to evaluate soft tissue, the arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with or without contrast media. Equipment includes GE Signa 1.5T.
