Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures and operate equipment per protocol.
• Position patients and coils for quality diagnostic images.
• Provide patient education and ensure safety questionnaires are completed.
• Label and transmit images to PACS with accurate patient data.
• Maintain radiology room cleanliness and supplies.
• Evaluate images for technical acceptability and communicate findings.
• Record patient and exam data in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Schedule exams, report equipment issues, and assist physicians.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in in-services.
