Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Plantation, Florida. The role requires 1 year of MRI experience, BLS, and ARRT MR (or ARMRIT) certification with registration.

You will perform MRI procedures, ensure patient safety, and coordinate with radiologists. Shifts are 12 hours, days, with 36 hours per week. Travel requirements and a tax-free stipend may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of MRI experience.
• BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Certification with registration in MRI.
• State licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety.
• Operate MRI equipment and ensure image quality for physician interpretation.
• Assist radiologist during procedures and administer contrast as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS for image handling.
