Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract in Plantation, Florida. This hospital-based assignment offers 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts.

Required: an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT registration, Phillips MRI experience, current state license (if applicable), BLS, and 2 years MRI experience in a hospital or imaging center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT registration.
• Current state license (if applicable).
• BLS certification must be current.
• Minimum 2 years MRI experience in hospital or imaging center.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues.
• Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow all safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration.
