MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Miami, Florida.

The position requires completion of a two-year radiologic technology program, ARRT registry, and at least 18 months of MRI experience. Travel assignment spans 12 weeks with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts. Benefits and housing options are included to support travel professionals.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Safety of patients, staff and visitors with MRI environment.
• Position patients and coils for MRI scans.
• Inject contrast media as required.
• Set technical parameters and operate MRI scanners and related equipment.
• Observe image data on monitors during scans.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused work environment.
