Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a traveling MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Traverse City, Michigan. The role requires completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program and ARRT registration, with a preference for 18 months MRI experience, ideally in critical care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• ARRT registry in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently to aid diagnosis.
• Ensure patient safety around the MRI magnetic field.
• Position patients and coils for optimal imaging.
• Inject contrast media as required.
• Set technical parameters and review image quality.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Provide compassionate patient care.
