Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 6+ months of current MRI experience to work weekday day shifts in a hospital radiology department.

Details

• Radiology/MRI unit with 2 scanners: 1 GE (1.5T) and 1 Siemens (3T)
• 4 techs on duty during the day plus on-call coverage overnight
• Uses Siemens/GE MRI equipment and Meditech EMR
• Typical procedures include Neuro, Liver, Pelvis, Pediatric, and Cardiac MRI
• Weekday schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM shifts

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months current MRI Tech experience
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Cardiac MR and advanced neuro experience preferred
• Ability to scan independently preferred
• IV skills preferred
• Candidates should be easy going and willing to help out wherever needed
• Does not accept local candidates within a 50 mile radius
