Responsibilities include setting up welding equipment, maintaining a tidy work area, and ensuring safety and quality benchmarks. Daily travel to customer locations is required, with most evenings at home.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or GED; technical welding education is a plus.
• Proven MIG/TIG welding experience with a track record of producing finished work.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Solid understanding of safety procedures in a welding shop.

Responsibilities
