Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. seeks a motivated Welder to join our onsite team. You will assist in welding, fabricating, and repairing metal assemblies, gaining hands-on experience with GTAW and GMAW processes and precision metal joining.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with various metals, including exotic alloys.
• Basic familiarity with joint setup and manual welding techniques.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate shop equipment to assemble structural components and perform welding tasks per specs.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain MIG, TIG, and ARC power sources and equipment.
• Create clean structural seams using ARC equipment and wire feeders.
• Fabricate and assemble component parts, fixtures, and shop equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints to determine joint geometry and assembly requirements.
• Perform visual and dimensional quality checks to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following company safety protocols.
