BB Imaging is seeking an experienced Travel Sonographer to support a clinic site in Ocala, FL for a 13-week assignment. The role requires RDMS with OB/GYN specialty and 1+ year of high-risk OB/MFM experience.

You will perform ultrasound procedures and travel across the region, ensuring accuracy in patient charts and reports. We offer premium travel pay with tax-free per diem for lodging, meals, and essentials, plus a four-day work week and a focus on professional development and quality patient

Formación

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with OB/GYN specialty.
• 1+ years high-risk OB and/or MFM sonography experience.
• Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN.
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound.
• Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Perform sonographic procedures.
• Travel to multiple healthcare sites within the assigned region (may include extended commute times).
• Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history.
• Create reports to assist the physician with documentation.
• Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule-out patient/fetus anomalies.
• Communicate sonographic findings to physician.
• Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis.
• Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery.
• Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance.
• Other duties assigned by managers.

What You'll Do:

Is This You?

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
• 1+ years high-risk OB and or MFM sonography experience
• Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN specialty
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
• Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE)
• Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
• Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study
