McClatchy Media Company is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service products in multiple stores around Greer, SC on-site with travel between accounts. The role reports to the Supervisor of Merchandising and requires reliable transportation and strong communication.

Qualifications

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and detail-oriented.
• Conduct self in a professional manner.
• Adherence to the company's attendance policy.
• Reliable transportation for travel.
• Able to use Movista and/or other company-required applications.
• Have personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet.
• Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying store and/or corporate standards.
• Safely and efficiently replenish product and may assemble shelves/racks and display cases following guidelines.
• Service all stores as scheduled within hours provided by Supervisor, Merchandising.
• Seek prior approval before working outside scheduled hours.
• Record work hours and other company information using designated applications.
• Discuss duties with Supervisor before performing new tasks.
