Job summary

McClatchy Media in New Albany, IN is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service products in multiple stores, with travel across the territory. This role requires on-site work, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail to maintain planograms.

You will report to the Supervisor of Merchandising, work designated weekdays, track hours, and comply with background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Reliable transportation for travel between stores.
• Proficient with Word, Internet and email apps.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products in stores following planograms and standards.
• Replenish stock and may assemble shelves and displays.
• Service assigned stores on schedule and record hours in designated apps.
• Coordinate with Supervisor before overtime or non-scheduled hours.
