Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well stocked and clearly displayed. You will travel to multiple stores, collaborate with store teams, and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects.

Applicants should have reliable access to a personal smartphone, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers flexible hours and competitive pay in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel across a region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• English speaking and writing at conversational level.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects using the company’s mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within the designated area.
