Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed. You will travel to various store locations, collaborate with store teams, and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods or special projects, using company mobile tools to access assignments.

Applicants should have retail or merchandising exposure, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own a smartphone with a data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Conversational English required for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise per guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff to maintain prime displays.
• Complete visits and projects; report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promos and seasonal displays.
• Provide professional customer service and represent the company.
• Troubleshoot/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple stores within the assigned area.
