Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and maintain product presentations across multiple retail locations. The role requires travel within a designated region and using a personal smartphone to access assignments and communicate with the team.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple stores within a region as assigned.
