Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. The role requires traveling to multiple stores within a region and using a mobile app to report results.

You will collaborate with store teams, set up promotional displays, and deliver excellent customer service. Flexible hours, competitive pay ($18.00 per hour), and robust benefits are offered for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan for work purposes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations in a region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift/move products up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Conversational English (spoken and written) for customer and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to company and client guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results using the company's mobile app.
• Assist with the setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a specific area or region.
