Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee daily operations on a Tulsa job site, coordinating scheduling, production, and procurement of materials and equipment. You will supervise direct labor and managed contracted work to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager on schedules, reviewing specifications, and ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years commercial construction experience in a Mission Critical environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plans procedures and staffing for construction phases.
• Coordinates with Project Manager for schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Directs procurement of tools and materials to meet schedules.
• Ensures safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on site.
• Manages labor costs and crew assignments across projects.
• Reviews project progress and coordinates with subcontractors and clients.
