Job summary

IQVIA seeks a MedTech Field Service Technician to install, update, test and service specialty hospital beds for facilities across the United States. This 100% travel role requires driving a personal vehicle and staying within reach of a major airport.

You will collaborate with hospital staff, perform routine checks, document data from tests, and grow your technical skills in the medical device industry while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• Strong communication and business acumen required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and sit/stand for long periods.
• Ability to clear healthcare facility credentialing and immunization requirements.
• Travel full-time; must reside within 1 hour of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and on-site hospital staff support.
• Update, repair and test hospital beds.
• Document daily data and test results with high accuracy.
• Maintain records and quality documentation.
• Travel to facilities nationwide; training travel is paid.
