Schedule: Night shift, 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00), including weekends.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN with telemetry experience to provide high-quality nursing care in a dynamic 34-bed med/surg unit. The ideal candidate should be prepared to manage a patient ratio of 1:5-7 and deliver patient-centered care for a range of acute medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care for adults with various medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in daily huddles and patient flow management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a med/surg setting.
• Certification in BCLS and NIH required; ACLS preferred.
• Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.
• Telemetry experience and knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Cerner.
