Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to safely transport, deliver, install, and set up medical equipment at healthcare facilities. The role includes handling mobile imaging equipment and completing site-readiness checks to ensure readiness for scanning.

You will drive, load, and install equipment, perform basic computer setup, and maintain accurate delivery documentation while adhering to DOT, NRC, OSHA, and HAZMAT standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.
• Willingness to drive long distances and travel 1–4 nights per week.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform moderate physical labor.
• Basic computer setup and troubleshooting; familiarity with Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with laws and policies.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload medical equipment.
• Install and set up equipment onsite and configure basic computer hardware/software.
• Ensure equipment is ready for use and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records accurately and timely.
• Provide courteous customer service and professional communication.
• Travel with overnight stays as needed; maintain a clean driving record.
