Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for our Fairfax, VA clinic. The MA will support daily patient flow, perform front and back-office tasks, and assist providers during examinations to ensure a smooth, compassionate patient experience.

Candidates should have a high school diploma with MA training/certification and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. BLS within 30 days and willingness to travel up to 70% may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma with medical assisting experience required or higher.
• Completion of an accredited MA program with MA certificate/ diploma.
• BLS certification within 30 days of starting.

Responsabilités

• Perform front and back-office duties including phones and data entry.
• Assist in examination process under physician direction.
• Record patient information and collect specimens for labs.
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as EKGs and PFTs.

Connaissances

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Excellent patient communication

Formation

HS Diploma with 0-1 year MA experience

HS Diploma with 1-3 years MA experience

AA in Medical Assisting
